Simple Way to Cook It

Oven-Baked Pacific Cod

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
2. Place the fillet in a lightly oiled baking dish
3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil or melted butter
4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork
5. Finish with a squeeze of lemon and fresh parsley
