Description
Description
One of the most prized fish in the Pacific — Wild Alaskan Sablefish, also known as Black Cod, is celebrated for its extraordinarily rich, buttery flesh and silky texture. Sitka Seafood Market's Community-Supported Fishery brings you hook-and-line caught Sablefish from the cold, pristine waters of Alaska. Each fish is immediately bled and chilled on ice aboard the boat to preserve its exceptional flavor and delicate flake. Precision-filleted using 3D-imaging technology and flash-frozen to a sushi-grade standard, your 5–7oz portion arrives pin bones out (PBO) — ready to cook straight from the package.
