A natural cross between a Hass and a Gwen, the Gem is celebrated for its compact size, exceptionally creamy and rich flesh with a higher oil content than a standard Hass, and a deep, nutty flavour that avocado enthusiasts consistently rate above all others. With their pebbly dark skin that stays green even when ripe, they’re a little different — and a lot better. Grown without pesticides or synthetic fertilisers, each pack contains two beautifully ripe, farm-fresh Gem avocados.
